To build a new ordering application for PROFALUX that incorporates a transposable technical foundation to be offered to all entities within Stella Group, the leading European manufacturer of roller shutters.

 

With 90% of orders placed online, the challenges of the redesign are exceptional, with no room for errors.

 

For Profalux:

  • A customized ordering application, redesigned and improved to better meet the needs and expectations of users, and to boost sales.
  • Engage and retain customers.
  • Provide more configuration possibilities to customers to alleviate the workload of the ADV (After-Sales Department).
  • A strategic tool from a “sales/distribution” and manufacturing (factory) perspective.
  • Bring new benefits to users and improve installer customer satisfaction by offering an ordering tool that goes beyond data input and integrates tracking features.
  • Significantly improve the ergonomics of the interfaces, increase user-friendliness, and offer a redesigned, innovative, and modern application.

 

For Stella Group:

  • Provide a business application based on a “scenario engine” flexible enough to be adopted by all subsidiaries.
  • Offer total freedom for the creation, configuration, and customization of scenarios (values/types of questions, etc.) in line with the specificities of their products.
  • Graphic customization options to ensure that the tool respects the branding of each entity.
